36 Reporters to Go on 'Halyu' Tour

A group of Taiwanese reporters will visit Korea to meet "hallyu (Korean wave)" stars at the invitation of Korea Foundation for Asian Culture Exchange (KOFACE), an organization to boost cultural exchanges among Asian countries.

In the tour co-hosted by the foundation and Video Land, one of Taiwan's major satellite television providers, 34 reporters from 20 major Taiwanese media organizations, including the nation's biggest cable television network, TVBS, will stay here for five days from March 7.

The reporters will have the chance to interview top Korean entertainers popular in Taiwan, including Ahn Jae-wook, Kim Rae-won and Kim Tae-hee, as well as visit tourist's attractions such as Kyongbok Palace and Myong-dong in downtown Seoul.
