CNBLUE places No. 6 on Oricon chart

Korean rock band CNBLUE has placed at No. 6 on the prestigious Oricon daily music chart with their second single.

On Friday, the group's agency FNC Music announced in a press release that the single "I don't know why", which went on sale in the country yesterday, entered Oricon's daily singles chart at sixth.

"I don't know why", also the name of the album, features four tracks with the title track written by CNBLUE leader Jung Yong-hwa and the song " Lie " composed by member Lee Jong-hyun.

The album also includes the instrumental versions of both songs.

The four-member band gave one of their three Japan concerts yesterday, in Osaka, and will be heading to Nagoya and Tokyo on September 18 and 20, respectively, for their shows.

CNBLUE (Code Name Blue) released two singles in Japan before breaking into the local music scene in January with their hit single "Alone" from their mini-album "Bluetory".

They unveiled their second mini-album "Bluelove" in May, which has fared well in Korea as well as Taiwan.
