Dong Bang Shin Ki to Hold Largest Fan Club Event in Japan

Star group Dong Bang Shin Ki will hold a large-scale fan club event with 100,000 audience members this summer in Japan, Sankei Sports reported on April 17.

Dong Bang Shin Ki, who held a concert tour entitled "Dong Bang Shin Ki Live Tour 2012 - TONE" at the Tokyo Dome from April 14 through 16 along with 165,000 of their enthusiastic fans, revealed on the last day of their concert that they will hold the largest fan club event in Japan. Among foreign artists, Dong Bang Shin Ki was the third singing group to hold a concert at the Tokyo Dome for three consecutive days following Michael Jackson in 1988 and the Backstreet Boys in 2001.

Dong Bang Shin Ki sang a total of 25 songs including their new song entitled "Still" while presenting splendid performances. U-Know Yoon Ho said, "I was very happy today with the feeling that we and the audience members could completely harmonize together. We can exist thanks to all of you". He expressed his appreciation for their fans.

Dong Bang Shin Ki's fan club event, which will be held four years since their last fan club event held in January, 2008, will be held at Saitama Super Arena on June 30 and July 1, and at Kobe World Memorial Hall from July 7 to 8, comprising a total of eight events. [Yonhap]
