[HanCinema's News] Kim Jung Confirmed for "Race"

On May 10th, the premiere of the first episode of "Race" confirmed that Kim Jung would be appearing in the Disney+ corporate drama. While Kim Jung's name had previously been mentioned in connection in the project, it was only with the release of the new episode that the identity of Kim Jung's character was confirmed. Kim Jung is playing the role of Ji Eun-jeong, the head of the third marketing team, who's on a fast promotion track and plays an important management role.

Kim Jung has chiefly worked on stage productions in her career, only making her screen debut with the tvN television drama "Hometown" back in 2021. This transition followed her winning the Best Actor Award at the Baeksang Awards back in 2020 for the stage acting category. "Race" is her fourth credit following the Wavve web drama "Political Fever" in 2021 and "The Empire" on JTBC last year. New episodes of "Race" appear every Wednesday on Disney+.
