Hyun Bin to Visit Indonesia

Heartthrob Hyun Bin, who serves in the Marine Corps, will visit Indonesia from Wednesday to Friday to attend the Indonesian Armed Forces Day ceremony and visit a marine corps unit.

The Indonesian government invited Hyeon (29) because he is popular there thanks to the TV soap "Secret Garden".

"Indonesia is an important country for us because of our arms exports such as T-50 supersonic jet trainers and submarines", a Korean military officer said. "We can boost the image of our military merely by presenting Korean stars in military uniform".
