Im Soo-hyang and Ji Hyun-woo In "Beauty and Mr. Romantic"

Actors Im Soo-hyang and Ji Hyun-woo will work together in a weekend drama.

KBS 2TV's new weekend drama "Beauty and Mr. Romantic" announced on the 1st that "Im Soo-hyang and Ji Hyun-woo have confirmed their appearance".

"Beauty and Mr. Romantic" is a drama that depicts the turbulent story of top actor Park Do-ra, who hit rock bottom overnight, and the first-time drama producer Go Pil-seung, who loves her.

Im Soo-hyang plays the role of Park Do-ra, who started her career as a child actress led by her mother and built up a rough patch of filmography to rise to the top acting position. Ji Hyun-woo plays the role of the assistant director, Go Pil-seung, who meets Park Do-ra on a drama series set. It is the first time for the two actors to work together in one drama.

Im Soo-hyang has been active in many dramas, including "Kokdu: Season of Deity", "Doctor Lawyer", "Woori the Virgin", "When I Was the Most Beautiful", "Graceful Family" and "My ID is Gangnam Beauty". Ji Hyun-woo met with viewers through dramas such as "Young Lady and Gentleman", "Lonely Enough to Love", "Love in Sadness", and "Risky Romance".

"Beauty and Mr. Romantic" is led by Kim Sa-kyeong, who wrote "Young Lady and Gentleman", "My Only One", and "Blow Breeze", and Hong Seok-goo, who directed "Homemade Love Story", "My Only One" and "Girls' Generation 1979". They were close with each other through the drama "My Love By My Side".

"Beauty and Mr. Romantic" is scheduled to air its first episode in March following "Live Your Own Life".
