"Incarnation of Money" Hwang Jung-eum becomes 'fat'

"2013 SBS Drama Special – The Date" was shot on the set of "Incarnation of Money".

Hwang takes on the role of the talented and beautiful daughter of a well-known loan shark. "Bok Jane is fat and honest" says Hwang. "There are many characters like that in movies but none in dramas. This is the second time they say such a massive make-over is being done but I wanted to try something like this".

However, the massive make-over took over 8 hours and she said, "I was excited to be this Bok Jane character but it's not all good. I realized there's no end to acting".

She said, "I went all out saying I couldn't do it at first but it got okay as I got used to it".

"Incarnation of Money" revolves around a man who lost everything to money and deals with the lobbying, rebating, connections and corruptions of this country. The cast include Hwang Jung-eum, Park Sang-min, Oh Yoon-ah, Park Ji-bin and more.
