KBS 2TV drama "Descendants of the Sun" is a human melodrama about young soldiers and doctors who dream of success in harsh conditions, starring Song Joong-ki and Song Hye-kyo.

Jo Woo-ri takes on the role of Lee Chi-hoon's (Onew) fiancée. She's cheerful and bubbly and never loses hope in hard times.

She had her first take on the 12th this months and she said, "It's an honor to be working with such seniors and I will do my best".

Meanwhile, Jo Woo-ri recently starred in the MBC drama "A Daughter Just Like You" as So Pan-seok's (Jung Bo-suk) youngest daughter So-jeong.
