First of all, Joo Ji-hoon, who plays Woo Chae-woon, a retired officer-turned-bouncer, said, "The drama itself is a very immersive and heavy work. Starting with artificial cultivated meat, it is a very spectacular action thriller that tells stories about the near future that we can imagine".

"I read the script for episodes 1 and 2 at once, and it was beyond my joy. Just reading Lee Soo-yeon-I's lines made me feel like I was becoming the character", said Han Hyo-joo, who plays the role of Yoon Ja-yoo. "It was a refreshing experience for me as an actor".

Lee Hee-joon, who returns as South Korea's Prime Minister Seon Woo-jae with secret ambitions, said, "After receiving the scenario, I first thought, it's a story about a world that I've never seen before, and the imagination was amazing".

Lee Mu-saeng, who plays On-san, Yoon Ja-yoo's 20-year friend and the director of the BF Group's research institute, also raised expectations, saying, "I was bound to be attracted to fresh materials and was fascinated by the meticulous composition of the work".

"When I went to the set, there were details that I didn't expect, and I felt like I was in another world. I was surprised by the realistic set", Lee Mu-saeng said.

"Blood Free" is a suspense thriller drama in which Han Hyo-joo (Yoon Ja-yoo), CEO of BF, a biotechnology company that opens a new era of artificially cultured meat in 2025, and Ju Ji-hoon (Woo Chae-woon), a retired officer-turned-bouncer who intentionally approaches her, are caught up in mysterious deaths and incidents. It will be available on Disney+ on April 10th.
