Actor Jung Heon was cast in "Bitter Sweet Hell".

MBC's "Bitter Sweet Hell" is a human black comedy that tells the story of the protagonist, who is Korea's best home psychological counselor, trying to protect his family by cooperating with his mother-in-law, a mystery writer, as his career and family are threatened by an unknown blackmailer.

Jung Heon plays the role of police officer Goo Kyeong-tae. He is an avid person who studied hard to become a police officer for 15 years. One day, an incident breaks out and the police starts a relentless pursuit, getting in trouble with No Yeong-won (Kim Hee-sun) and Hong Sa-kang (Lee Hye-young-I).

Meanwhile, the human black comedy-drama "Bitter Sweet Hell" has begun production in earnest with the confirmation of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama programming in 2024.
