"Crash Course in Romance" depicts a sweet and bitter romance between a passionate president of a national side dish store and a Korean math instructor in the battlefield of private education. Director Yoo Je-won and writer Yang Hee-seung, who collaborated with "The King of High School Manners" and "Oh! My Ghost", are back together.

Jeon Do-yeon and Jung Kyung-ho will star in it. Jeon Do-yeon plays the role of a former national handball player and the current president of the 'national side dish store' Nam Haeng-seon. Jung Kyung-ho plays Choi Chi-yeol, the best math instructor in Korea.

The teaser poster released on the 8th shows Nam Haeng-seon and Choi Chi-yeol. Two people, who seem to have no relationship at all due to their characters, are placed in one space, heralding a strange ensemble. What kind of meeting and what kind of relationship will they complete in the work, as they seem unlikely to have a connection. The teaser poster raises expectations for an elusive story.

It is noteworthy how acting veterans Jeon Do-yeon and Jung Kyung-ho melt in the work. Nam Haeng-seon, played by Jeon Do-yeon, is a character who became the owner of a side dish shop from a former national handball player, having experienced extraordinary ups and downs in her life. It is expected that Jeon Do-yeon will show a kind of pleasantness as Nam Haeng-seon, who seems far from the words lovely and romance, will show and how she will show it in acting.

Choi Chi-yeol, played by Jung Kyung-ho, is a star instructor called the '1 trillion won man'. He is a person who is busy taking care of himself, as well as being feisty. Attention is focusing on how Jung Kyung-ho, who presents his sly acting, will express Choi Chi-yeol's character.

"Crash Course in Romance" is scheduled to air in January 2023.
