"Rainbow Rose" is based in a Korean boarding house where students from various countries live together. The friendship and love between the students living there should be the fun of the drama. This drama was popular for the outstanding performance of the supporting actors and actresses when it was aired in Japan TV Tokyo in April.

Kang Ji-yeong took on the role of Yoo-ri, the daughter of the boarding house owner who dreams of becoming a fashion designer. She is random but bright and cheerful. Kang makes up in weird concepts which were hits with the Japanese. Park Geon-il took on the role of Yuichi, a Korean resident in Japan who is popular for his good looks. Kang and Park quarrel with each other at first but slowly develop into romance mood.

"Rainbow Rose" stars Julien Kang, Lee Sang-yeob, Jung Sun-kyung, Sun-woo Jae-duk and Japanese rookies Mizusawa Erena and Fujii Mina.

The first broadcast will start on the 6th of September.
