Kim C to Withdraw from 'Happy Sunday-Two Days and One Night'

Singer Kim C will resign from the cast members of the KBS 2TV travel reality show "Happy Sunday - Two Days and One Night" after three years of participation.

The program's producer Na Young Seok said on May 12, "Kim C finished shooting a special episode in Kyungju on May 7 for his last appearance and will be withdrawn from the program".
The last episode with Kim C will be broadcast for two weeks on May 23 and May 30.

Na continued to say, "Kim C had already revealed his decision that he wants to focus on music before it is too late, and from the end of last year, he has gradually finished working in broadcasting and actually participated in the last filming for the program at this time".

Kim C joined as a cast member of "Two Days and One Night" from October, 2007 when the episode of Milyang was filmed, and has contributed to the program gaining great popularity along with other members such as Kang Ho-dong, MC Mong, Lee Seung-gi, Lee Soo-geun, and Eun Ji-won.

The viewer ratings for "Two Days and One Night" on May 9 recorded 32 percent, and the program has kept the viewer ratings around 30 percent for nine consecutive weeks. The program has remained the most popular reality show program.

The program "Two Days and One Nights" does not plan to bring on a new member for a while even after Kim C leaves.
