Kim Tae-ri and Hong Kyung to Voice-star in "Lost in Starlight"

Actress Kim Tae-ri and actor Hong Kyung have been cast for a Netflix animation.

Netflix announced on the 16th that they have been chosen to voice star in a animation film called "Lost in Starlight".

"Lost in Starlight" depicts the world's longest-distance romance between astronaut Nan-yeong and musician Jay, and is drawing attention as Netflix's first animated film in Korea.

In this work, Kim Tae-ri plays Nan-yeong, who leaves to explore Mars to find traces of her mother who failed to return to Earth due to an accident. Hong Kyung is expected to play the role of singer and sound device repair man Jay and work with Kim Tae-ri in romance.

Kim Tae-ri and Hong Kyung also worked together in the drama "Revenant" which recently ended, and fans are increasingly interested in the fast reunion of the two.

Meanwhile, the animated film "Lost in Starlight" was directed by Han Ji-won-I, who was acclaimed for Choi Eun-young's original animation "The Summer", and will be released only on Netflix.
