Lee Min-ho is currently acting as Lee Yoon-seong in the SBS drama "City Hunter" based on a Japanese original.

Yoon-seong is a bad tempered but warm on the inside character, guarding bodyguard Na-na (Park Min-young) like a shadow and is getting wholehearted support from not only men but women as well.

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the first episode of "City Hunter" rated 10.5%, and on the sixth episode rated 14.2%, showing increase.

Even the market share rose from 17.0% to 22.2%. However, competing drama MBC "The Greatest Love" only rose 0.2% from 28.0% to 28.2%.

Looking at the market share according to age, men in their 20's changed from 11.1% in the first episode to 22.5% in the sixth, and men in their 40s rose from 13.5% to 21.5%. Especially in the case of women, teens rose from 20.9% to 40.8% in the sixth episode, women in their 20s rose from 6.6% to 17.5% and women in their 40s rose from 15.3% to 26.9%, showing a constant rise in numbers.

It looks like Lee Min-ho from "Boys over Flowers" emphasizing his manhood in this drama "City Hunter" has appealed to many female fans.

The SBS drama analyzed the cause saying, "Lee Min-ho in "City Hunter" showing tough manhood and creating a spicy and sweet romance with Park Min-young has made him a romantic character and therefore getting him more popular than other actors".
