Moon Chae-won Makes Additional Charges on Malicious Rumors

Actress Moon Chae-won has filed an additional complaint against those who spread false information.

On the 16th, an official from the agency IOK Company told Daily Sports on the 16th, "We have filed an additional complaint against those who posted false information about actors in September on defamation charges", adding, "We will take legal action with the principle of zero tolerance".

Earlier, Moon Chae-won has been damaged by malicious rumors and comments. In a related development, the agency filed the first complaint in March, saying, "We recognized that the actor's mental damage, as well as her image, honor, and personality as well as her fans".

The agency said, "We would like to inform you that we will take strict measures without any agreement or leniency to spread false information, malicious rumors and publishers, and malicious comment publishers", adding, "We will thoroughly monitor and take regular legal actions against malicious acts related to actors".

Moon Chae-won, who debuted in 2007, gained popularity through the 2011 movie "Arrow, The Ultimate Weapon" and the 2013 drama "Good Doctor". In 2011, she won the Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Actress with "Arrow, The Ultimate Weapon". Recently, she appeared in the SBS drama "Payback" which ended in February this year.
