N. Korea Resumes Business at Inter-Korean Mt. Geumgang Resort

North Korea is now running a restaurant at a facility that it seized from South Korea at the joint Mount Geumgang tourism resort.
A propaganda website for North Korea released a video showing a restaurant named Byeolgeumgang which was previously known as Onjeonggak and was previously used to serve foreign tourists.
South Korea's Hyundai Asan and Korea Tourism Organization built the tourist facility in 1999 but Pyeongyang confiscated it, along with other South Korean assets in 2010. The move was in retaliation against Seoul's suspension of tourism operations after a South Korean tourist was shot dead by a North Korean soldier in 2008.
