Actor Oh Jung-se has been nominated for the lead role in the drama "Mr. Plankton".

An official from the agency Frein TPC told Expo News on the 17th, "Oh Jung-se has received an offer to appear in the drama "Mr. Plankton" and is considering it".

"Mr. Plankton" is a road variety romantic comedy genre. It depicts the journey of a man who had to choose the life of a wanderer because no one loved him or held him.

In the drama, Oh Jung-se plays the role of Eo Heung, an oriental medical doctor who is the eighteenth eldest grandson of the Poong-yeong Eo family Chunghae-Gongpa and the 5th reader of the historic Jongga family. He is the best groom in the Joseon Dynasty, but in this era, he is a frustrating character.

"Mr. Plankton" is discussing the formation of OTT with a total of ten episodes. Director Hong Jong-chan, who directed "Juvenile Justice" and writer Jo Yong of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" joined forces. Woo Do-hwan and Lee Yoo-mi will play the main characters.
