Seo Taiji Finds Inspiration for New Album

Singer Seo Taiji plans to release a new album next year. He wrote on his blog on Tuesday that he is working on his ninth album, and recently threw a year-end party to celebrate the new project.

"At last, I will be able to start recording from early next year… and I plan to complete the album in 2014", he wrote.

After spending many years guarding his privacy, Seo returned to the public eye in 2011 when it came to light that he had secretly married and later been involved in a messy divorce with actress Lee Ji-ah. In May this year he created more buzz when he announced that he would tie the knot again, this time with Lee Eun-sung, an actress 16 years his junior.

His songs are once again catching people's attention these days as cable channel tvN's latest show "Reply 1994", which has been garnering high ratings, features nostalgic scenes and songs from the 1990s.
