On the eleventh episode of "Descendants of the Sun", Kang Mo-yeon (Song Hye-kyo) was kidnapped by Agus (David Lee McInnis). Agus took her hostage to threaten Yoo Si-jin (Song Joong-ki) and that scared him.
The black and white picture is of Song Hye-kyo on the verge of death. There is fear in her eyes. Her mouth is taped and her eyes are teary.
