On the eighth episode of the SBS drama "It's Okay, That's Love", it turned out that Han Kang-woo's (Do Kyung-soo) physical condition was soon to be Jang Jae-yeol's (Zo In-sung) problem.

Ji Hae-soo (Kong Hyo-jin) noticed something wrong with Jae-yeol's hands and then asked what had happened. He shook it off and said it was a work related issue. The problem with his hand is something that he saw on Han Kang-woo, his consciousness living inside himself.

Jang Jae-yeol spoke to Han Kang-woo on the phone who said, "The doctor said it's just an after effect from the cold. You used your hands too much for writing. Have you progressed at all with Hae-soo? What are you doing you player? Don't worry about me and worry about her".

Jang Jae-yeol was relieved after talking to Han Kang-woo, but Han Kang-woo hung up the phone and started crying. Jang Jae-yeol told Hae-soo about Han Kang-woo and she said, "I'm glad there's nothing wrong. When I was an intern, I knew someone with pretty hands, but he coughed a lot and it turned out he had Lou Gehrig's disease.

She asked how long he'd known Han Kang-woo and Jang Jae-yeol answered, "When I was stabbed by my brother with a fork, he was crying like my other fans". This hinted that he started showing mental and physical signs of problems from three years ago.
