In-hyeon (Hong Soo-hyun) died eventually.

The twenty-third episode of the SBS drama "Jang Ok-jung, Living in Love" showed In-hyeon claiming chest pains and ending up in sickness.

While her sickness deepened, the crown prince Yoon also had small pox. Jang Ok-jung, Living in Love (Kim Tae-hee) did all she could to save her son and in the end, he got better.

Feeling that she didn't have much to live, In-hyeon called Jang Ok-jung, Living in Love and told her to take care of Lee Soon from now on. Jang Ok-jung, Living in Love also paid off old scores with In-hyeon by suggesting that they would become friends if they met in the next lifetime.

In-hyeon passed away in the end holding the hand of Lee Soon (Yoo Ah-in). A hint of war blew with the death of the Queen.
