Kim Kang-sik (Jo Sang-ki), the director of planning mentioned Oh Ji-yeong's age to the organizer of Miss Korea. They tried convincing him to let it go because of the scandal going around; if they reversed the results again, it wouldn't look too good for them.

The personnel claimed, "The rules do state that participants shouldn't be more than 25 years old to enter but the organizers were careless. Oh Ji-yeong's age doesn't go against the rules if it's being seen like every other year, and besides, she's just a day older. I don't see why we need to make this a big deal".

Kim Kang-sik said, "I will think more on why we have to make this such a big deal. This is a matter of changing the person who wears the crown". He then found Lee Yoon and told him about Oh Ji-yeong's matter.

"She wasn't qualified as a participant in the first place". Lee Yoon raised his voice and said, "Do you mean we should take away her crown just because she was a day older than she should've been?" Kim Kang-sik argued that rules are rules.

Lee Yoon finalized the case by saying, "I will lower 3% of your take over cost. Please just let go of this matter and don't make it an issue. If it doesn't settle then I have no means to hand over Bada Cosmetics".
