General Soo Yang (Kim Young-chul) overpowers young Danjong (Noh Tae-yeob) from the throne. Se-ryeong angered at her father saying, "I will not become such a stigmatic princess" as he had killed to become king.

She eventually gave up being invested as princess and ran away to Maponaru to look for Seung-yoo. She found out that he had planned to kill On Nyeong-goon (Yoon Seung-won) and Sin Sook-joo (Lee Hyo-jung). Then she saw Sin-myeon's men.

Meanwhile, Sin-myeon launched an attack in Maponaru at the news that someone survived from the ship to Kanghwa. Jo Seok-joo (Kim Roe-ha) discovered Sin-myeon's men and led them away for Seung-yoo.

However, Seung-yoo almost ran into Sin-myeon and his men anyways. They were old friends as well as enemies.

Just as they were about to face each other, Se-ryeong pulled him away and avoided the disaster. Seung-yoo hid his body and faced her. She looked at him affectionately and his eyes also weakened.

After the episode, netizens say, "Their eye sights were so affectionate and painful", "I can't wait for the next episode", "It's such a pity for the two of them" and more.
