"The Host"'s Monster Surfaces in India

"D-War"'s predecessor, last year's "The Host" is now an attraction in Indian cinemas. Bong Joon-ho's monster film is successfully attracted 72,500 spectators in five days since its release on 62 screens.

"The Host" is Korea's most successful film to date and a sequel has been announced by its producer Chungeorahm, the follow-up should be in cinemas next year; however, BONG won't direct.

"The Host" broke through internationally by becoming a favorite among audiences at a great number of international film festivals. It resulted in numerous international cinematic releases with various results.

Song Kang-ho and Bae Doona are two of the lead actors who are part of a family hunting down the monster to rescue their junior family member.
