Expat-produced musical "Night at The Paradise" opens at the Spazio Luce Theater in Itaewon, Seoul, Friday, featuring 22 numbers from award-winning shows including "Wicked", "Cabaret", "Chicago" and "The Producers". The cast of 27 more than do the Broadway hits justice with slick choreography and powerful vocal performances.

As retiring manager of New York's Paradise Theater Owen Morgan prepares to hand over the reins to his successor, he reminisces on his years in the business. Memories of the shows, events and performers from his career are vividly brought to life through song and dance.

The Pitfire Orchestra provides live accompaniment to the show and, not content with just doing that, have developed its own arrangements for all the tracks.

This hilarious, emotional, driving, original is only on for five nights and should not be missed. Performances are on Oct. 12 at 9 p.m., Oct. 13 at 8 p.m., Oct. 14 at 4 p.m., Oct. 19 at 9 p.m. and Oct. 20 at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at the show's website, www.nightattheparadise.org and cost 20,000 won. They will also be on sale on the night at 25,000 won, subject to availability. The box office will open one hour before the show. Seating is limited, so advance bookings are recommended.

To get to Spacio Luce Theater, leave Itaewon Station (line 6) via exit 2 and continue straight for about five minutes. The theater will be on your left in the basement of the modern-looking building right before a large Hana Bank.
