The 51st PaekSang Arts Awards was held on the 26th in Seoul.

The PaekSang Arts Awards has been going on since 1965 and is dedicated to promoting pop culture and boost artists morale. It categorizes TV drama and movies.

In the TV category, tvN "Incomplete Life", MBC "Kill Me, Heal Me", SBS "Punch - Drama" and SBS "Heard It Through the Grapevine" are at a fierce competition. The four dramas have been nominated for various awards.

"Incomplete Life" is a drama based on a web-toon about Jang Gre (Im Si-wan) who knew nothing but chess in his life but fails miserably and is let out into the cold society. The drama explains the life of an ordinary office worker in different perspectives according to status.

"Incomplete Life" was nominated not only for Best Producer (Kim Won-seok), but also for Best Actor (Lee Sung-min) and Best Rookie (Kim Dae-myung and Im Si-wan).

"Kill Me, Heal Me" casts and producers have been nominated for Best Producer, Best Actor and Best Writer.

"Kill Me, Heal Me" is about a wealthy man with seven personalities and his personal doctor. There were some ups and downs due to its difficult subject choice but was one of the hottest dramas of the year so far.

"Heard It Through the Grapevine" producers and cast were nominated for Best Producer, Best Rookie and Best Writer.

"Heard It Through the Grapevine" is a satire about the wealthiest of Koreans who have imperial power and dream of monarchy. There are reviews that the drama is severely pointing out the image of the powerful and weak.

"Punch - Drama" is about the last 6 months of investigative director Park Jeong-hwan's (Kim Rae-won) life. It holds the message that there is no bad or good in front of authority. The casts of this drama are Kim Rae-won, Cho Jae-hyun, Kim Ah-joong, Choi Myung-gil and more.

"Punch - Drama" was nominated for Best Actor and Best Writer.
