One of the posters features the night scholar, Song-yeol (Lee Joon-gi)'s distress under the copy, 'The one who lives on human blood... I'm a heup-hyeol-gwi (vampire)'.

Another poster showing Song-yeol and Yang-seon (Lee Yoo-bi) together reveals the different sweet and romantic side of the drama contrary to the strong and intense poster of Lee Joon-gi. The copy of this poster says, 'Do not come near me, never', which portrays the inaccessible distance between the two.

The last poster shows all the characters together. In the set of a book store: Yang-seon disguised in men's clothes, Crown Prince Royal Grandson Yoon, who is alert with the presence of Seong-yeol, Gwi (Lee Soo-hyuk)'s sad face, who is watchin all these characters in the dark, Hye-ryeong (Kim So-eun) next to Gwi, who is looking at the direction where the light is coming through, and finally Soo-hyang (Jang Hee-jin), who is looking at Seong-yeol ardently.

'Scholar Who Walks the Night' depicts the stories surrounding Song-yeol (Lee Joon-gi), who had to become a vampire after the loss of his first love and the Royal Grandson, whom he was serving. The story moves forward as he meets the book seller, Yang-weon (Lee Yoo-bi), while he is trying to solve the murder case. Producer Lee Seong-joon of "The Moon Embracing the Sun", "Empress ki" and writer Jang Hyeon-joo of 'Coffee Prince' are again expected to bring up their specialties together to create this highly anticipated drama. The drama begins at 10 PM on July 8th.
