"A Moment To Remember" to record a best box-office among Korean movies screened in Japan in ten days

In ten days "A Moment to Remember" starring Jung Woo-sung and Son Ye-jin (Director John H. Lee Production Sidus Pictures) is expected to make a best box-office record among Korean movies to be screened in Japan.

A person related to movie circle said by citing the word from Gaga Entertainment in charge of distributing, "The movies earned profit of 2.2 billion yen until now. We expect that it will break the record of 'April Snow' in ten days".

The film that made a highest profit among Korean movies to be presented in Japan is "April Snow" starring Bae Yong-joon and Son Ye-jin (Director Heo Jin-ho Production Blue Storm), which earned 2.7 billion yen. What follows "April Snow" is Jun Ji-hyun's "Windstruck" directed by Kwak Jae-yong and produced by I-Film, which made a profit of 2 billion yen.

"A Moment to Remember" released on Nov. 22 in Japan was ranked as the first in the weekend's box-office for two weeks and then recorded the second position in the box-office for three weeks. It ranks the first for continuous four weeks in drawing audiences on weekdays.

Thanks to its long-term box-office, it smashed the record of "Windstruck" already last week. The distributor expects to attain its first goal of 3 billion yen profit as well as to make the best box-office record among Korean movies to be shown in Japan.
