Actor Gang Dong-won to Release Photo Album in Japan

Actor Gang Dong-won will release his first official photo album entitled "Channel # dongwon" in Japan on Feb. 14.
For the photo album, consisting of six sections with subtitles such as "Erotic" and "Movie", Kang took various kinds of photos in Tokyo and London. Tomoki, a renowned Japanese fashion stylist, took part in the production as a fashion director.
The Japanese daily Sankei Sports extensively covered the release of Kang's first photo album on Feb. 14, and carried an interview with him. In the interview, Kang said, "I like fashion very much. I wanted to put a heavy emphasis on making my photo album 'fashionable'."
Kang also said, "I like acting in films. My own attractive characteristic is honesty. I think I'm ready to be characterized by any style". He added he greatly enjoys Japanese comic books, such as "One Piece" and "Death Note".
Meanwhile, Kang's photo album will be sold through advance reservations on "G-PLAZA", an online shopping mall, starting from Feb. 14. It will hit the market on Mar. 24. Kang will hold a fan meeting in Japan on May 1, inviting about 4,000 people who have bought his photo album online.
