[Reporter : ] Hello Conn-young

So what do you have for us today ?

I hear you have the newest released movies in Korea.

[Reporter : ] Yes I do. Korean actors and actress Go Hyun-jung, Yoo Hae-jin, Song Sae-byeok, and Sung Dong-il and Hollywood actress Mila Jovovitch are all starring in films that have been released this week. Just hearing the names of these performers make you wonder what kind of movies they are in so let me tell you more about them.

Actress Go Hyun-jung has been broadening her talent from dramas, films, and even talk shows.

This time she tries her hand at a comedy film for a change.

For this film, she shows off two very different sidesone being a quiet and timid woman and the other a sly and sexy lady called "Miss Conspirator"

[Interview : Go Hyun-jung, Actress] "I've never played a quiet character and I chose to do this because I did not want to miss this opportunity to play this kind of role".

Another film that hit theaters this week is "The Suck Up Project: Mr. XXX-Kisser", which mocks the modern man's sad life of having to flatter their boss to survive their social lives.

Actor Song Sae-byeok's inarticulate manner and Sung Dong-il's comic acting shines through this film.

"Two Weddings and a Funeral" tells the story of a lesbian and gay couple's special love lives.

The film progresses as the homosexual couples hit reality and have to go through troubles with their family on the topic of marriage. This slightly touchy subject is unwrapped in a bright, comedic way.

Lastly, Mila Jovovitch stars in the film, "Faces in The Crowd", which is a thriller on a subject of face blindness.

Jovovitch plays the role of an elementary school teacher who witnesses a crime scene and develops face blindness due to the shock.

Her portrayal of fear, anger, and dispair puts more energy to the movie, allowing the audience to fully engage with the storyline.

All of the films are in theaters in Korea right now.

Looks like a lot of movies to watch during the weekend. I'm sure many of the viewers are going to be making their way to theaters to watch films in their favorite genre.

[Reporter : ] I hope this helps deciding what to do for the weekend and while I brought you movies today, don't forget to go see the exhibitions I've also mentioned in the previous days as well.
