Big Bang to Kick Off World Tour

K-pop boy band Big Bang will tour in North America for the second time as part of their world tour that starts this weekend.

Big Bang last toured North America in November 2012, when they performed in Los Angeles and New Jersey.

They will begin the North America tour on Oct. 2 in Las Vegas and follow up with concerts in Los Angeles on Oct. 3, Anaheim on Oct. 4, New Jersey on Oct. 10 and 11, and Toronto, Canada on Oct. 13.

Fans have high expectations after they released a single in early May.

The world tour will kick off in Guangzhou, China on Saturday. They plan to stage 70 performances while touring about 15 countries.

Meanwhile, they are scheduled to release another single on Monday.
