Korea's blockbuster hit "The King and the Clown" is ending its run on screens today.
The last screening of the film will be held in the evening, at a cinema in southwestern Seoul, for selected members from the film's Internet fan club.
When "The King and the Clown" premiered late last year, the film attracted more than one million people in just five days of showing.
By March, it became the most viewed film, in Korea, recording ticket sales for more than 12 million seats, which also means one out of four Koreans have watched the film.
As a cultural phenomenon, the film has sparked discussions over homesexuality, something that was rarely discussed publicly in Korean society before.
