"North Korea releases propaganda film showing Washington under nuclear attack"

Okay, so this story is a bit of a stretch, but you have to see North Korea's latest propaganda video, "Last Chance", to believe it. The North has a history of releasing ridiculous videos that often catch the rest of the world's attention for all the wrong reasons: "The four-minute video, set to jaunty music, romps through the history of US-Korean relations and ends with a digitally manipulated sequence showing a missile surging through clouds, swerving back to the earth and slamming into the road in front of Washington's Lincoln Memorial". Wow.
