Hogugwaja (a walnut-shaped pastry) is a popular Korean snack similar to the fish-shaped bunggeoppang. The pastry, as Sue describes it, is "filled with sweetened red bean paste and small chunky walnuts" and will take around 30 minutes to make from start to finished. South Korea's biggest airport, Incheon International, recently opened it's new Terminal 2, and in addition to boasting a snazzy new design, the latest technology, and French artworks, chef Yim Jung-sik (of two Michelin-starred restaurants) is opening a new restaurant there that will give visitors an excellent first taste of Korean cuisine. "This is the start", said Yim, "[I want to] make a place where many different kinds of casual or classic Korean food is served".
