"Anything imaginable can be made with brick toys"

Lego is no longer child's play; in fact, many artists have taken to the small plastic bricks to create some seriously stunning pieces. Late October, at the Hyundai Department Store in Pangyo, for example, there was a "BricKorea Convention" where over 400 Lego artworks were on display. According to The Korea Times, the event attracted a record number of visitors, around 95,000 people. Kim Sung-wan, the creator of the Star Wars spaceship picture above, had this to say: "Creating your own Lego art is the procedure of giving shape to something you imagined. You can literally create anything in your own imagination and I think this is the most interesting part of Lego creation".
