"Shopping fest for foreigners starts Thursday"

Designed to promote culture, tourism and shopping to international visitors, the annual Korea Grand Sale is now on until the end of February. The massive event involves over 52,000 stores that offer discounts on a wide variety of products, entertainment and other services. With the Winter Games just around the corner, this year's sale will be one of the grandest in decades. "As the period of Korea Grand Sale overlaps with that of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, the sale event will be a special festival that players and officials, as well as tourists in Korea, can enjoy together".

Hugh (My Korean Husband) and his friend Sara recently were out late in the capital shooting for the local broadcaster Arirang and decided to vlog about some of the 24-hour services that keep Seoulites up at night. The temperature was freezing, but despite the chill, you can still get a haircut, shop until the morning calm, and, of course, enjoy many a meal.

"French artist spices up new Incheon airport terminal"

Incheon International is an award-winning, world-class airport (it has robots), but the recently opened Terminal 2 will offer much more than the latest technologies - it will also be something of an "artport" thanks to work of a number of artists, including Xavier Veilhan, Jinnie Seo and Julius Popp. "It is a great opportunity for me to have my work include in a public environment", said Veilhan, whose 'grand kinetic sculpture' will be greeting visitors entering the new space.
