Kim Min-jae-I, Byeon Woo-seok, Lee Do-hyun, Lee Jae-wook Shift in Generation

It is literally a 'generation replacement'. Actors in their 20s, including Kim Min-jae-I, Byeon Woo-seok, Lee Do-hyun and Lee Jae-wook, are receiving new attention from broadcasters. The stepping stone is the 'youth dramas' that have recently been pouring in. The dramas which add growth stories to the romantic comedy genre, have succeeded in gaining broad consensus among viewers in their 10s and 20s. Kim Min-jae-I and Byeon Woo-seok are standing out in personalities in the SBS drama "Do You Like Brahms" and tvN drama "Record of Youth".

Kim Min-jae-I transforms into a pianist in the drama, portraying dreams and worries about love of youths in their 20s. Although he has been in a leading role through MBC's "The Great Seducer", this is the first time he has played a leading role in a drama entirely. It has been evaluated that he has steadily maintained ratings in the 5% range and strengthened his position as the 'best leading actor'.

Byeon Woo-seok is displaying his presence in "Record of Youth", never falling behind other actors who have already risen to stardom such as Park Bo-gum and Park So-dam. His 187 centimeter height and good looks are his strong points. In the drama, he is Park Bo-gum's rival and rival in love.

Lee Do-hyun and Lee Jae-wook are the hottest rookies in the broadcasting industry right now.

Lee Do-hyun who debuted 3 years ago, made a deep impression in last year's tvN "Hotel Del Luna" and the current JTBC "18 Again". He's confirmed his next piece of work as well in KBS 2TV's "Youth of May" which is scheduled to premiere next year.

Lee Jae-wook who debuted in 2018 has secured the lead role for the first time in two years. His continued appearances in the tvN drama "Search: WWW" and MBC "Extraordinary You" increased his name value. He's co-starring with Go Ara in the KBS 2TV drama "Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol".
