Korean Broadcasting Commission signed a MOU with the Ministry of Culture and Information's press department in Vietnam

Chairman of the Korean Broadcasting Commission, Noh Sung-dai, is slated to hold talks with his counterpart, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Information's press department in Vietnam at the policy council to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at expanding bilateral broadcasting operations.

Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Information's press department in Vietnam is visiting Korea with about 40 delegates to participate at 2005 Vietnam Culture Week, taking place in Seoul.

In that the Korean Broadcasting Commission and the Ministry of Culture and Information's press department in Vietnam found it necessary to deepen bilateral relations, they get to sign the MOU to strengthen cooperation.

"Before the MOU Signing Ceremony, we had the policy council with our counterpart from Vietnam to draw up a plan to expand bilateral cooperation. Designated people in working level will continue to talk with each other", said Noh.

Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Information's press department in Vietnam was also invited to BCWW (Broadcast Worldwide 2005)Conference ( http://www.bcww.net ) taking place in Seoul this November.
