Singer Lee Soo-young will sing a song from her new album at the wedding of her close friend, actress Seo Min-jung.
She will sing a song from her yet to be released 8th album--due for release next month--for Seo, who is tying the knot Saturday with Mr. An Sang-hoon at the COEX Asem Tower in southern Seoul.
The song chosen for the special day is 'Lavender', whose lyrics Lee personally wrote. The melodious song conveys love and future happiness that "gently approaches like a lavender scent".
Lee said, laughing, "Due to the weddings of my close friends including Park Kyung-rim and Seo Min-jung, I became a working wedding singer".
She is wrapping up her album project for release next month. Her new album comes after a year and eight months since her last album.
