Actor Kim Min-kyo from SNL Korea took on the role of right hand man of Heo Gon (Oh Jung-se). Kim Min-kyo extracted all laughter from his face and showed a different side of him.
Kim Min-kyo maintained a serious face for the whole time he was investigating Cha Seung-won's home and then he put everything back together again.
Director Jang Jin said, "I always want to work with actors who have entertaining skills. Kim Min-kyo is a talented actor who has recently stepped into the world of entertainment. As I gave him the script, I told him to try to stay serious".
Jeong Myeong-ok, a fixed crew in SNL Korea for 2 years also appeared in "Man on High Heels". She is the first person Cha Seung-won runs into, dressed as a woman, in an elevator.
Jang Jin said, "I didn't ask Jeong Myeong-ok for comedy either. I needed acting and I thought she was just right. The elevator scene was successful thanks to her".
"Man on High Heels" is presenting the audience with more laughter with the appearance of Kim Min-kyo and Jeong Myeong-ok as well.
Meanwhile, "Man on High Heels" is a story about a detective named Ji-wook (Cha Seung-won) who has a desire to become a woman and the moment he decides to be what he wants, he gets mixed up in a fatal case. Cha Seung-won and Jang Jin reunite for the first time since the 2007 movie "My Son".
