MBC Drama Director Investigated for Sexual Harassment Allegations

A drama director from MBC is under internal investigation for sexual harassment allegations.

MBC sources say the director is temporarily suspended.

He will be forwarded to the personnel committee after thorough investigation and will be dealt with according to procedure.

MBC found out there had been a problem on a drama set last year, which followed the prio mention of a similar situation. MBC decided to look into it further and expand the investigation if necessary.

Previously, a director on the editing team claimed that a main director sexually assaulted her. However, beyond the MBC statements, nothing further is known.
