Movie 'Oldboy' is gaining public favor all over the Russia districts such as Moscow.
'Oldboy' that was first released in Moscow in late Nov. 11, is scheduled to be screened in 17 movie theaters in Moscow till Dec. 15.

In Saint Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia, the movie is screened continuously in 8 movie theaters till Dec. 19 after it was presented in Nov. 18.
Russian daily newspapers assessed that 'Old boy' has broken a biased view about the existing Orient. Russian press said that director Park Chan-wook is bringing into relief through 'Old boy' that revenge may be at first fascinating, but in the end, it is bitter and is an agonizing thing.
In particular, Russian press said that in the case of 'Old boy', it is very interesting because an audience can't know conclusion to the end, whereas the majority of detective films can be presumed.
