Park Hae-jin to Launch Video Channel on China's Weibo

Actor Park Hae-jin will launch a video channel on the Chinese social media platform Weibo in April, industry sources said on Monday.

The premium channel is Weibo's first partnership with a Korean celebrity for its "V+" video streaming and chat service. It will provide exclusive content for Park's fans including live streaming and chat rooms.

Weibo is one of the most popular social networking sites in China with some 400 million monthly users. Park has 5.8 million followers on Weibo.

Park has a huge fan base in China following his roles in the Chinese production "Duo Duo's Marriage" in 2011 and the 2014 Korean drama "My Love from the Star", which became a huge hit across Asia.
