Whitely Media which promotes this drama revealed on the 1st, "The Goyang investigation department cleared the charges on Yoon made by Olive Nine for obstruction of business".

Olive Nine pressed charges on Yoon in May for the reasons that she denied obligations to the company and planned and wrote "Hanbando - Drama" with another productions company.

About this case, Yoon refuted, "Olive Nine invited a big amount of investments from KT Capital with the writing bonds and others as security in April 2008 but made no refunds so the bond went over to KT Capital. The writer retuned part of the copy money to KT Capital and even got a transfer agreement form and therefore obligations to Olive Nine has been settled". She then countercharged deputy Im Byeong-dong of Olive Nine for insensibility and defamation.

The prosecutors ruled that obstruction of business couldn't be valid and cleared Yoon of all charges. However, charges against Im Byeong-dong are still in process.

Yoon said, "Although charges against me have been cleared, I will push this case against Im Byeong-dong until the end for the damages caused to my reputation and mentality as well as the drama. I hope things will clear up soon and let me concentrate on completing the drama to create a good piece of work".

Meanwhile, "Hanbando - Drama" is a blockbuster drama with the unified country peninsula as the background and actor Hwang Jung-min has confirmed to star in it. It is currently in preparation with the beginning of 2012 as target date.
