SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "Connection" is an addiction-tracking suspense drama in which detective Ace (Ji Sung), a drug team forced to be addicted to drugs by someone, reveals the whole story of the 20-year-long deteriorated friendship with the death of his friend.

Park Jung-pyo will play the role of Inspector Yoo Kyeong-hwan, a strong opponent in the drama, and will help the storyline run in a tense manner with elaborate character expression.

Yoo Kyeong-hwan's character, which will be realized through Park Jung-pyo's enthusiastic performance, will be presented as a three-dimensional charm with the appearance of a detective with a keen sense as a veteran inspector of the violent squad. In particular, the character who will face off with actor Ji Sung, who plays the role of the drug team's ace Inspector Jang Jae-kyeong, is expected to inspire tension and curiosity in the development of the drama.

In particular, Park Jung-pyo, who plays the role of Choon-sik, the old man in the countryside, in tvN's "Queen of Tears", which ended a hot topic every episode, serves as a link to Yongdu-ri Village, infusing the work with a pleasant atmosphere. In the JTBC Saturday-Sunday drama "The Atypical Family" which is currently airing, he made a special appearance as Chief Jeong, a senior firefighter, drawing a strong impression of the character's narrative.

In each of the works that are presented in succession, questions are being raised about how Park Jung-pyo, who has been repeating his ever-changing transformation with a high synchro rate with the character, will continue to play the role of detective Yoo Kyeong-hwan in the new work "Connection".

In the meantime, Park Jung-pyo has revealed his strong personality through dramas such as "Six Flying Dragons", "Be Melodramatic", "Secret Forest 2", "Hellbound", "The Veil", "If You Wish Upon Me", "Divorce Attorney Shin", "Payback", and "Queen of Tears". He will continue to take active actions across the home and screen this year, including his impact performance on screens such as "The Unjust", "The Great Actor", "The Bros", "Extreme Job", "An Honest Candidate", and "12.12: The Day".
