Running Man aims for renewal in January, apologizes for Song Ji-hyo and Kim Jong-kook's premature announcement

The "Running Man" crew released a statement regarding the renewal of the show and the current issue.

It also mentioned the sudden notice of Song Ji-hyo and Kim Jong-kook's stepping down.

The statement said, ""Running Man" is aiming for the start of Season 2 in late January".

"We also apologize for having offended Song Ji-hyo and Kim Jong-kook who have been with us for 7 years, due to the articles that may have surprised them as it was released before any communication".
