On the second episode of the KBS 2TV drama "The Equator Man" on the 22nd, there was a twist to Kim Kyeong-pil's (Lee Dae-yeon) death.

Kim Kyeong-pil faced death after a heated argument when he went to leave Kim Seon-woo with his supposed real father Jin No-sik (Kim Young-chul). Jin No-sik had strangled him to death after the argument.

After Lee Jang-il's (Im Si-wan/ Lee Joon-hyuk) real father Lee Yong-bae (Lee Won-jong) witnessed this, Kim Kyeong-pils body was not found in Jin No-sik's house but hung on a tress in the hills. It seemed like Lee Yong-bae followed Jin No-sik's order to make it look like suicide.

However, there was another cause behind Kim Kyeong-pil's death. He wasn't killed completely by Jin No-sik. He had regained consciousness right before Lee Yong-bae had tried to hang him on the tree and begged, "Help me, help me".

However, Lee Yong-bae had got the promise from Jin No-sik that he would take care of his son's future in return for taking care o Kim Kyeong-pil's body. Eventually, Lee Yong-bae had killed his son's best friend's father for his son's future.

There was a witness to this case and that was shaman Choi Gwang-chun (Lee Jae-yong-I). Choi Gwang-chun who witnessed the murder scene feathered exorcism implicating murder and not suicide.
