"Spying Cam" Invited to LA and Melbourne Film Festivals

The movie "Spying Cam" by director Hwang Chul-min has received invitations to various film festivals overseas, including the Los Angeles Film Festival slated for mid-June and the Melbourne Film Festival to be held in late July.

"Spying Cam", which received the Fipresci Award at the 34th Rotterdam International Film Festival and is currently being shown in the Netherlands, opens in Korea on June 20 in the Indy Theater.

The movie's story is about a spy and an intelligence agency official hiding out in a motel in the Seoul suburbs in the 1980s. It is a low-budget independent film whose production cost was under 30 million won.
