"Sunny - 2010" hits 7.44 million

"Sunny - 2010" comes 11th place for one of the highest number of audiences in Korean movies

According to distributor CJ E & M, "Sunny - 2010" brought in a total of 7,441,953 audiences including the directors cut, coming 11th following the movie "Welcome to Dongmakgol" which gathered 8,010,000 audiences. "Sunny - 2010"s total sales add up to 54.6 billion won.

Released on the 4th of May, "Sunny - 2010" gathered a million audiences on the first week, then 3 million in two, 3 million in 23 days, 4 million in 32 days, and 5 million in 45 days. "Sunny - 2010" is still being shown in a small number of theaters but it will be taken down by this weekend.

"Sunny - 2010" is about fellow high schooler's meeting each other for the first time in 25 years, and it draws the memories of the 1980s, recording a long run with its good actors and good storyline.
